
Aleksey Ishchenko got his education in the major business schools of Europe and the USA: INSEAD, IMD, London School of Business, Harvard School of Business, Wharton Business School, Stanford School of Business, Kellogg School of Management, and MIT Sloan School of Management.
He has been successfully working with large Russian and foreign companies operating in different business areas for more than 15 years, and he devoted a number of years for his own work on business growth management in Russia, Europe and China.
Working with organizations and companies representing a majority of branches of Russian economics and industry Aleksey Ishchenko have successfully implemented more than one hundred projects with his Clients.
Specialness of Professor Ishchenko’s programs of changes lies in the fact that they are aimed at both individual development of top-manager core competencies and corporate development at all functional levels. During the period of his educational and training work more than 10.000 participants underwent trainings in Russian business schools within the framework of his courses devoted to changes. As of today Professor has conducted more than 115 corporate educational and training programs. His interaction with branch and functional experts from different Russian and western business school is still going on. Therefore when conducting trainings for top managers he solves Clients’ problems basing in best international practices adapted to the peculiarities of doing business in Russia and CIS countries.
