3. Styles of situational management

- To learn how to use an appropriate management style concerning employees with different motivation and classification

4. Role-playing analysis: combination of business and non-business roles

- To decide how to combine the roles more efficiently for the purpose of effective management.

- To learn how to «switch in» a business role and «switch off» non-business roles when performing professional activities.

- To motivate participants to consciously accept a role of a Manager through the analysis of negative consequences based on substituting a managerial role by other roles.

5. Methods of work with employees’ motivation

- To form the skill of influencing employees taking into consideration a map of motivators
